Her Braids Beading & Clean Water Advocacy Workshops

Sunshine launched Her Braids in 2015, a social media movement that creates awareness about the issues of clean drinking water in First Nations communities through beaded pendants, workshops and her children's book, ‘Nibi's Water Song.’

Now, her two daughters Keggy and Nibi go to communities and schools to give these three hour workshops. Everyone creates and takes home their own beaded conversation starter.
